This is scheduled work carried out to keep Air Conditioning, Ventilation or Commercial Heating equipment in constant good working order and to optimise its efficiency at all times.
The main objective of planned preventative maintenance is to try and prevent or reduce the possibility of a system breakdown before it actually occurs.
We recommend that air conditioning, ventilation and heating equipment including boilers and hot water cylinders is regularly inspected and maintained for the following reasons:
- To maintain a fresh, healthy and comfortable working environment for building occupants complying will FGAS or Gas Safe regulations
- To fulfil manufacturer equipment warranty conditions. By being able to prove that regular maintenance has been carried out on your equipment means that some manufacturers are now offering warranties in the region of 5/7 years on equipment.
All our engineers are fully qualified and hold a valid enhanced DBS clearance giving peace of mind to our customers at all times.
